Spa Environment/Arrival

Spa Del Sol Bermuda is a place to restore and rejuvenate your energy. For your peace and privacy, cell phones and others electronic devices should be turned off . If you need to receive a message during your time with us place the phone on silent.

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure your treatment begins on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience or Pilates session.

Guest should avoid bringing unnecessary belongings into the Spa, remove any jewllery or objects of value and store them in your room or vehicle.

Personal Health Matters:

You will be asked to complete a medical health questioner form when booking online. Please inform us of any health conditions, medications or personal injuries at the time of booking, so we can better customise your experience.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates for all Spa services, packages and Pilates Sessions are available for purchase. Please contact our Spa Experience Coordinators for further information.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to reschedule or cancel a Spa/Pilates appointment, please notify us in advance. Any missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
