Spa Environment/Arrival
Spa Del Sol Bermuda is a place to restore and rejuvenate your energy. For your peace and privacy, cell phones and others electronic devices should be turned off . If you need to receive a message during your time with us place the phone on silent.
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure your treatment begins on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience or Pilates session.
Guest should avoid bringing unnecessary belongings into the Spa, remove any jewllery or objects of value and store them in your room or vehicle.
Personal Health Matters:
You will be asked to complete a medical health questioner form when booking online. Please inform us of any health conditions, medications or personal injuries at the time of booking, so we can better customise your experience.
Due to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, extra precautions have been put in place to protect our clients and employees. Physical distancing measures have been implemented and we offer individual treatment rooms for each client.
All visitors to our Spa will have their temperature taken wth a touchless thermometer upon arrival. You will be asked to Wash or Sanitiser your hands with antibacterial soap or gel. Guests and Therapists are required to wear Face Masks when entering the Spa and must keep them on during treatments. Face masks may be removed during specific treatments i.e. facials, massages or body treatments. Please help us to comply and prevent the spread of this virus.
Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates for all Spa services, packages and Pilates Sessions are available for purchase. Please contact our Spa Experience Coordinators for further information.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to reschedule or cancel a Spa/Pilates appointment, please notify us in advance. Any missed appointments without proper notice are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.
