Marisol Raynor-Saldana: Owner, Aesthetician, Pilates Instructor
Marisol began her health & fitness career in 2002 receiving her certification in Personal Training with (AAAI) American Aerobic Association International & (ISMA) International Sports Medicine Association.
In 2005 she increased her knowledge in anatomy and physiology by attending The Yorkshire College of Beauty Therapy in Leeds, England. Here she received the elite CIDESCO, ITEC & CIBTAC Diplomas in massage and beauty therapy.
She began personally training in Pilates after a personal injury in 2007 and was so impressed by her recovery that she decided to learn to teach Pilates. She began educating her cliental on the benefits of Pilates and incorporating some of the stretches in her massages. Marisol completed her Pilates training in Mat, Reformer and other Pilates Apparatus in 2009 and will certify as a Senior Instructor in May of 2010.
Marisol incorporates her experiences and knowledge of Personal Training and Massage Therapy with Pilates’ education to give her clients a unique perspective on how to maintain and challenge themselves on a daily basis.
